Promethean BR, LLC ships all our products from our depot in Texas.

Typically, regular shipments arrive in four (4) to five (5) business days, but please allow up to seven (7) business days before contacting us.

Our expedited shipping option allows for quicker shipping and should arrive within two (business) days.

For all orders above $250, shipping is free. Please don’t forget to select this option, as it is available.

Package Protection with Route

To ensure your order arrives safely, we offer optional Route package insurance at checkout. For a small fee (calculated based on your order value), Route protects your shipment against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose to add Route, any issues can be resolved quickly through their claims process. Without Route, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or damaged packages once they’ve left our facility, as carrier liability is limited.
