30-Day Return Policy for all Promethean Products
It is extremely important to us that our customers receive only the highest quality products. To ensure that happens, we have an instituted a strictly limited 30-Day Return Policy as follows:
If your product arrives damaged or does not have a safety seal on the box, please contact our customer service department immediately for assistance.  We will refund or replace the product accordingly.
No Returns Allowed If the Safety Wrap is Removed
We will not accept returns for products if the safety seal has been removed. This policy is in place to ensure the purity and safety of our products. By removing the safety seal, the product is considered used, and we cannot accept a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy does not apply to products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our returns department via email at [email protected], and send a picture of the damaged / defective product immediately for assistance.
